How do we place our order? Order Form Prices and Samples How does it work?Once you have decided to order mini-diplomas, send us an order form with the following:
What artwork do you need? You do not need to provide camera-ready art. Send your logo (from a letterhead, etc.) and a pencil sketch of what the message should say, and we will finish the layout for you. We will accept an emailed logo stored in a crisp jpg, tif, psd, or cdr graphic file. If you prefer to do your own layout, we can accept a 2" x 2.875" graphic file, no bleeds. Please provide the PMS colors of your logo, if possible. Although we cannot do color-matching, we will do our very best to closely approximate your colors. How do we pay for our order? We will send an invoice at the time your mini-diplomas are shipped to you. Our terms are Net 15.Do you have an order minimum?Yes, we do have an order minimum of $100.00, which covers a small graduating class. And we have many customers who choose to place a minimum order of mini-diplomas for the graduates in their community, regardless of the class size. How can I include all the schools in my community?Don't leave anyone out! There are no setup charges, so you can include as many schools as you want, even very small ones. If you want a different message for the back of some of your schools, no problem. What if my school won't release an original diploma? This rarely happens, but if it does, there are several alternatives. (1) If the diploma is black and white, a very good photocopy may be used. (2) If there is a color crest or seal on the diploma, we can use the artwork from an old diploma and a photocopy of this year's signatures. What if my school issues several different diplomas? Many schools have different diplomas for graduates in different levels of achievement, such as "Diploma," "Academic Diploma," "Occupational Diploma," etc. These will usually have the same artwork at the top and signatures at the bottom, but the text in the middle of the diploma may be different. If this is the case, we only need one original diploma and photo-copies of the others. And, of course, we need to be able to determine from your list which students receive each type of of diploma. There are no setup charges for producing multiple diploma types. What is the turnaround time?Turnaround time is approximately three to five days after receipt of order or artwork approval, for new orders or changed artwork. Please let us know if you are sending a rush order, so we can accommodate your requirements. What if there is a last-minute addition or correction?Additions and corrections are not a problem. Your artwork will be preserved, and new mini-diplomas can be worked into our normal production quickly. We normally turn these around same or next day they are requested. The best way to order additions/corrections is to send the names in an email. How do we place our order? Before your order is ready, we'd appreciate it if you will let us know you plan to place an order. Simply send us an email with your bank name, city & state, contact name, the approximate number of graduates, and your time frame for placing the order. If you have new artwork for the mini-diploma back, you may send this at any time. Having this in place and your approval on the artwork will help us to turn your order around quickly once we receive the other information. Send the diploma and name list, together with an order form, as soon as you can. If you have multiple schools, go ahead and send the ones that are complete. If you have a late-comer that qualifies you for a quantity discount, we will discount your entire order.
